Las tasas de inter\u00e9s de los cr\u00e9ditos hipotecarios  aumentaron entre 2 y 5 puntos en las \u00faltimas semanas, como consecuencia de la  crisis financiera internacional que comenz\u00f3 a fines de julio y todav\u00eda afecta  los mercados de todo el mundo.
