C. y Sra.  G.<br \/>el d\u00eda 20.12.2006. <br \/>2) El lenguaje utilizado por el accionante en  desmedro de las personas<br \/>mencionadas, y en el contexto rese\u00f1ado por los  testigos, constituye<br \/>suficiente injuria que no consent\u00eda la relaci\u00f3n de  trabajo.
