El beneficio tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1 ser  aprovechado por los deudores que se encuentren en instancia de ejecuci\u00f3n  judicial, en proceso de fiscalizaci\u00f3n o en discusi\u00f3n en sede  administrativa.<br \/>Expertos consultados por iProfesional.com cuestionaron la  pol\u00e9mica pol\u00edtica llevada adelante por el fisco provincial.
