(B.O. del 19\/07\/2010).<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n,  analizamos los puntos m\u00e1s destacados de la informaci\u00f3n a  suministrar.<\/p>\n<p>Sujetos obligados:<br \/>Sociedades comerciales. <br \/>Sociedades  extranjeras y binacionales. <br \/>Asociaciones civiles.  <br \/>Fundaciones. Plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n:<br \/>Sociedades civiles y  fundaciones: Hasta el 1\u00ba de octubre de 2010. <br \/>Sociedades extranjeras y  binacionales: Hasta el 5 de noviembre de 2010. <br \/>Sociedades comerciales: Hasta  el 3 de diciembre de 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n a suministrar:<br \/>Sede social.  <br \/>Autoridades vigentes. <br \/>\u00daltimo estado contable presentado ante la I.G.J.  \u2013en el supuesto de corresponder-<br \/>\u00daltima tasa abonada, debiendo adjuntar  constancia de estado de deuda.<\/p>\n<p>La citada declaraci\u00f3n jurada deber\u00e1 estar  firmada por el presidente o representante legal, certificada su firma  notarialmente, debiendo presentarse conjuntamente con el formulario k \u2013  Resoluci\u00f3n General N\u00ba 2\/2009 (I.G.J.).<br \/>Para la realizaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites ante  la I.G.J. se ser\u00e1 requisito la acreditaci\u00f3n del cumplimiento de la presentaci\u00f3n  de la declaraci\u00f3n jurada de actualizaci\u00f3n de datos.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Las sociedades comerciales obligatoriamente deber\u00e1n  actualizar sus datos<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div>La medida fue dada a conocer a trav\u00e9s de la Resoluci\u00f3n  General N\u00ba 1\/2010 (I.G.J.)
