font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #3366ff;\">Los d\u00edas 24 y 31 de diciembre de 2018 son feriados con fines tur\u00edsticos, y revisten el car\u00e1cter de d\u00edas no laborables \u2013 no son feriados nacionales -.<\/span><!--more--><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Por su parte, la Ley de Contrato de Trabajo dispone que en los d\u00edas no laborables, el trabajo ser\u00e1 optativo para el empleador, salvo en bancos, seguros y actividades afines, conforme lo determine la reglamentaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">O sea:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de que el empleador decida que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no abrir el establecimiento<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, el jornal <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ser\u00e1 igualmente abonado al trabajador<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> de manera normal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de que el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">empleador decida abrir su empresa<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, \u00a0los trabajadores deber\u00e1n prestar servicio y percibir\u00e1n el salario simple. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">En ninguno de los casos se corresponde abonar el \u201cplus por feriado\u201d, sino que se abona la remuneraci\u00f3n normal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Recordamos que el citado decreto estableci\u00f3 como d\u00edas no laborables con fines tur\u00edsticos, previstos en el art\u00edculo 7 de la ley 27399, las siguientes fechas:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">A\u00f1o 2018<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">30 de abril<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">24 de diciembre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">31 de diciembre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">A\u00f1o 2019<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">8 de julio<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
