font-family: verdana, geneva; color: #3366ff;\">Se modifican las tasas de inter\u00e9s resarcitorio y punitorio mensual, previstas en la ley de procedimiento fiscal.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">A los efectos de cancelar obligaciones cuyo vencimiento hubiera operado hasta el 28\/02\/2019, se aplicar\u00e1n las tasas vigentes a cada uno de los per\u00edodos cancelados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Hasta que rija la aplicaci\u00f3n de las nuevas tasas, y entre el 1\u00ba\/03\/2019 y el 31\/03\/2019, se aplicar\u00e1 el 4,5% como tasa de inter\u00e9s resarcitorio y el 5,6% de inter\u00e9s punitorio mensual.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">A partir del 1\/4\/19, se establece que las tasas vigentes en cada trimestre calendario ser\u00e1n las siguientes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva;\">Inter\u00e9s resarcitorio mensual: efectiva mensual equivalente a 1,2 veces la tasa nominal anual canal electr\u00f3nico para dep\u00f3sitos a plazo fijo en pesos a 180 d\u00edas del BNA vigente el d\u00eda 20 del mes inmediato anterior al inicio del trimestre correspondiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
