{"id":75123,"date":"2020-04-20T10:13:04","date_gmt":"2020-04-20T13:13:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iulianocooreman.com.ar\/es\/?p=75123"},"modified":"2020-04-20T10:13:04","modified_gmt":"2020-04-20T13:13:04","slug":"afip-creditos-y-facilidades-para-abril","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/2020\/04\/20\/afip-creditos-y-facilidades-para-abril\/","title":{"rendered":"AFIP: CREDITOS Y FACILIDADES PARA ABRIL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #3366ff;\">Adem\u00e1s de autorizar algunas actividades para ventas on line, acaba de publicarse la modificaci\u00f3n de los subsidios del Programa de Apoyo a las MIPYMES, flexibiliz\u00e1ndolos y otorgando una l\u00ednea de cr\u00e9ditos a tasa 0% para Monotributistas y Aut\u00f3nomos.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">El programa ATP convalida el subsidio del 95% de las contribuciones patronales que corresponden al SIPA, para el mes de abril.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ANSES abonar\u00e1 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hasta el 50% de sueldos de febrero<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, con un l\u00edmite m\u00ednimo de un Salario M\u00ednimo Vital y M\u00f3vil y un m\u00e1ximo de dos. El empleador pagar\u00e1 la diferencia y deber\u00e1 cargar cada CBU de sus empleados junto con cada <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">c\u00f3digo de su convenio colectivo de trabajo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">El problema ser\u00e1 para las empresas que tienen personal fuera de convenio y para las que vienen trabajando media jornada desde febrero o antes, y quiz\u00e1s han tenido despidos antes de que estuvieran prohibidos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se convalidan las suspensiones por el Art. 223 bis<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con prestaciones a cargo del Estado de $6.000 a $10.000 por trabajador.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se otorgan <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cr\u00e9ditos a tasa 0% para aut\u00f3nomos y monotributistas<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con garant\u00eda del FOGAR. El monto de la financiaci\u00f3n no podr\u00e1 exceder una cuarta parte del l\u00edmite superior su categor\u00eda de Monotributo, con un l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo de PESOS CIENTO CINCUENTA MIL ($ 150.000).
