Quienes cumplan con el pago y las metas de contrataci\u00f3n de personal recibir\u00e1n el reintegro parcial o total de lo pagado<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Para quienes no cumplan las metas de empleo, el cr\u00e9dito deber\u00e1 cancelarse normalmente con una tasa del 15%, tres meses de gracia y en 12 cuotas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Metas de Empleo<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Se clasificar\u00e1 a las empresas en 4 tramos: de 1 a 9 trabajadores, de 10 a 39, de 40 a 199 y de 200 a 800.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Deber\u00e1n tener al d\u00eda la presentaci\u00f3n del Formulario 931 AFIP.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No tendr\u00e1 reintegro<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> la empresa que <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tenga empleados suspendidos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en el per\u00edodo que se utiliza para la comparaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tramo que se comparar\u00e1 ser\u00e1 el promedio del <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cuarto trimestre de 2020<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #000000;\">Las cuatro metas de empleo ser\u00e1n evaluadas, cuando haya variaciones de personal, seg\u00fan el n\u00famero menor de empleados.
