Adem\u00e1s recordamos otras obligaciones que pueden generar sanciones.<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><b>Controladores Fiscales de Nueva Tecnolog\u00eda<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Los sujetos que utilicen los controladores fiscales de \u201cnueva tecnolog\u00eda\u201d, deber\u00e1n generar e informar semanalmente (inclusive cuando no hayan tenido movimientos o emitidos comprobantes) los siguientes reportes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Reporte Resumen de Totales, por el per\u00edodo semanal correspondiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Reporte de Duplicados electr\u00f3nicos de comprobantes clase \u201cA\u201d, \u201cA con leyenda\u201d y \u201cM\u201d emitidos, por el per\u00edodo semanal correspondiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><b>Consumidores finales<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">La norma publicada hoy tambi\u00e9n establece que los consumidores finales deber\u00e1n ser obligatoriamente identificados cuando la operaci\u00f3n sea igual o superior a $ 10.000, o cuando el monto sea igual o superior a $ 5.000 y el pago no se efectu\u00e9 a trav\u00e9s de alg\u00fan medio electr\u00f3nico autorizado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><b>Facturaci\u00f3n en el momento de la entrega<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Las operaciones cuya facturaci\u00f3n corresponda realizarse en el momento de la entrega de los bienes o prestaci\u00f3n del servicio, en el domicilio del cliente o en un domicilio distinto al del emisor del comprobante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><b>Emisi\u00f3n y almacenamiento de duplicados electr\u00f3nicos<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los sujetos que opten por la emisi\u00f3n de\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/biblioint.afip.gob.ar\/dcp\/REAG01004291_2018_08_02\"><b>comprobantes electr\u00f3nicos originales<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0mediante el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n del servicio Webservice y realicen operaciones con consumidores finales por alguna de las actividades que figuran en el\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/biblioint.afip.gob.ar\/pdfp\/RG_4290_A01.pdf\"><b>anexo<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, quedan obligados a la emisi\u00f3n y almacenamiento de duplicados electr\u00f3nicos de comprobantes a partir del 1 de marzo de 2020.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los controladores de nueva tecnolog\u00eda deben generar\u00a0 obligatoriamente un informe de ventas semanal.
