Empiezan a llegar las intimaciones.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Deben presentar el r\u00e9gimen, quienes a partir de la Resoluci\u00f3n General 4838\/2020 o desde el 31\/12\/2019 pose\u00edan: estructuras en jurisdicciones radicadas en jurisdicciones no cooperantes o de baja o nula tributaci\u00f3n, u otros mecanismos o instrumentos para reducir la carga impositiva en Argentina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">El r\u00e9gimen obliga a detallar\u00a0 acabadamente la operatoria y la ventaja o cualquier otro tipo de beneficio que\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">se derive de esa planificaci\u00f3n, informando al profesional que asesora.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">El incumplimiento de la obligaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n establecida en esta resoluci\u00f3n general\u00a0 podr\u00e1\u00a0 generar dificultades en la obtenci\u00f3n de certificados de cr\u00e9dito fiscal y\/o de constancias de situaci\u00f3n impositiva o previsional, entre otras solicitudes y podr\u00e1 ser encuadrado en una categor\u00eda creciente de riesgo de ser fiscalizado (Registro SIPER).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Los datos relativos a la planificaci\u00f3n fiscal informada, podr\u00e1n ser objeto de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n con\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">las jurisdicciones con las cuales el pa\u00eds tenga vigentes instrumentos para el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La AFIP oblig\u00f3 a informar al 29\/01\/2021 si se realizaron Planificaciones Fiscales con sociedades en Jurisdicciones No Cooperantes o de Baja y Nula Tributaci\u00f3n.
