Falta la reglamentaci\u00f3n de la AFIP.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Facult\u00f3 a la AFIP a establecer modalidades, plazos y condiciones, para establecer un procedimiento transitorio de acceso al R\u00e9gimen General, instrumentando las modificaciones y fijando plazos adicionales para contemplar la situaci\u00f3n de los Monotributistas que superaron los par\u00e1metros vigentes a partir del 1\u00ba\/01\/2021.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">La AFIP debe difundir a\u00fan los nuevos valores de las Categor\u00edas para el a\u00f1o 2021 y tambi\u00e9n, a partir de cu\u00e1ndo se debe discriminar el IVA en las operaciones de venta de Responsables Inscriptos a Monotributistas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Esta reglamentaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 ser complementada por una R.G. de la AFIP a publicar pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Poder Ejecutivo tambi\u00e9n reglament\u00f3 los cambios al R\u00e9gimen de Sostenimiento e Inclusi\u00f3n Fiscal para Peque\u00f1os Contribuyentes \u2013 Monotributo.
