{"id":75836,"date":"2022-01-12T18:46:43","date_gmt":"2022-01-12T21:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iulianocooreman.com.ar\/es\/?p=75836"},"modified":"2022-01-12T18:46:43","modified_gmt":"2022-01-12T21:46:43","slug":"afip-habilito-la-recategorizacion-del-monotributo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/01\/12\/afip-habilito-la-recategorizacion-del-monotributo\/","title":{"rendered":"AFIP HABILIT\u00d3 LA RECATEGORIZACI\u00d3N DEL MONOTRIBUTO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #3366ff;\">La recategorizaci\u00f3n del monotributo est\u00e1 habilitada hasta el 20 de enero, inform\u00f3 la AFIP.\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Se\u00a0deben controlar los ingresos brutos de los \u00faltimos 12 meses,\u00a0para cotejarlos con los nuevos valores de las categor\u00edas.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">El importe correspondiente a la nueva\u00a0categor\u00eda\u00a0se abonar\u00e1 en febrero2022.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">La recategorizaci\u00f3n es obligatoria, pero si se mantiene la misma categor\u00eda no es necesario realizar tr\u00e1mite alguno.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Tampoco\u00a0corresponde recategorizarse si transcurrieron menos de 6 meses desde\u00a0la inscripci\u00f3n.\u00a0Y si la inscripci\u00f3n fue\u00a0entre 6\u00a0meses\u00a0y menos de 1\u00a0a\u00f1o, se deben anualizar los ingresos para hacer la recategorizaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\"><b>Beneficios a cumplidores<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Los monotributistas que hayan abonado en tiempo y forma al menos 9 de las 12 las obligaciones mensuales de 2021 acceder\u00e1n al reintegro de un mes del componente impositivo.
