font-size: 14pt; color: #3366ff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adem\u00e1s de haberse reglamentado el blanqueo anterior, <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hoy ingres\u00f3 al Congreso un nuevo proyecto que incluye inmuebles usados<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, se detalla el <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">blanqueo vigente<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Se confirm\u00f3 la posibilidad de blanquear en desarrollos que al 12\/03\/21 no tengan un grado de avance mayor al 50%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Se actualiz\u00f3 la fecha de inversi\u00f3n en desarrollos, con fecha de opci\u00f3n para elegir el proyecto hasta el 31\/12\/2024<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Para que sean elegibles tienen que cumplir con el REPI (registro de proyectos elegibles)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Se permite, para personas f\u00edsicas y jur\u00eddicas, permutar terrenos por unidades a construir con el diferimiento del Impuesto a las Ganancias, hasta tanto no se reciban las unidades o se vendan a terceros lo que sea anterior.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Recordamos que la tasa del impuesto se determinar\u00e1 en base a la fecha de dep\u00f3sito en la cuenta especial, de acuerdo a las siguientes al\u00edcuotas:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Desde el 22\/8\/2022 y hasta transcurrido el plazo de 90 d\u00edas corridos: 5%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Desde el d\u00eda siguiente de vencido el plazo del inciso a) y hasta transcurrido el plazo de 90 d\u00edas corridos: 10%<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;
