Tambi\u00e9n fij\u00f3 plazo de inscripci\u00f3n hasta el 31 de marzo y para retener y percibir a partir del 1\u00b0 de mayo de 2023.<\/span><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">ARBA, estableci\u00f3 los plazos para los Agentes de Recaudaci\u00f3n, las fechas para cumplimentar con las siguientes obligaciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inscripci\u00f3n como Agente de Recaudaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:\u00a0 hasta el \u00faltimo d\u00eda h\u00e1bil del mes de marzo de 2023.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Comenzar a actuar como Agente de Recaudaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">:<\/span> a partir del primer d\u00eda mayo de 2023.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La RN 9\/2023 incrementa los montos para estar obligado como Agente de Recaudaci\u00f3n en un 100%, quedando de la siguiente manera para las empresas que hayan obtenido durante el a\u00f1o calendario 2022 <\/span><b>ingresos totales operativos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(gravados, no gravados y exentos)\u00a0<\/span><b>superiores a $500 millones.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En caso de que la actividad principal sea el expendio al p\u00fablico de combustibles l\u00edquidos derivados del petr\u00f3leo,\u00a0<\/span><b>el piso de facturaci\u00f3n anual se elev\u00f3 a $750 millones.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Arba actualiz\u00f3 los montos para ser sujeto obligado a actuar como Agentes de Recaudaci\u00f3n.
