{"id":76135,"date":"2023-03-27T11:20:22","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T14:20:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iulianocooreman.com.ar\/es\/?p=76135"},"modified":"2023-03-27T11:20:22","modified_gmt":"2023-03-27T14:20:22","slug":"ahora-iva-para-todos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/2023\/03\/27\/ahora-iva-para-todos\/","title":{"rendered":"AHORA IVA PARA TODOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica; color: #3366ff;\">A partir del 1\u00b0 de abril la AFIP extender\u00e1 el pago del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) para las transacciones de plataformas digitales de ventas de productos, bienes muebles y servicios, entre otros.\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se trata de un r\u00e9gimen especial de ingreso del impuesto al valor agregado, aplicable a las ventas de <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">cosas muebles no registrables<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> nuevas y\/o usadas, locaciones y prestaciones de obras y\/o servicios, concertadas y\/o perfeccionadas electr\u00f3nicamente a trav\u00e9s de \u201cplataformas e-commerce o digitales\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">La al\u00edcuota oscilar\u00e1 entre el 1% al 8%, seg\u00fan la condici\u00f3n fiscal del sujeto afectado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La retenci\u00f3n aplica a sujetos que <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no sean<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Responsables Inscriptos, exentos o no alcanzados por el IVA.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Los agentes de percepci\u00f3n ser\u00e1n aquellas plataformas digitales que cobren una comisi\u00f3n o retribuci\u00f3n por el hecho de ser intermediarios en la compra\/venta de bienes y servicios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Las operaciones alcanzadas ser\u00e1n aquellas que superen ventas por m\u00e1s de $200.000 mensuales, siempre y cuando se realicen, al menos, 10 transacciones por mes, o ventas superiores a $200.000 durante cuatro meses consecutivos, independientemente de la cantidad de operaciones mensuales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Aquellos vendedores que lo hagan para uso o consumo personal y superen los $400.000 anuales, ser\u00e1n sujetos de percepci\u00f3n de dicha al\u00edcuota.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A partir del 1\u00b0 de abril la AFIP extender\u00e1 el pago del Impuesto al Valor Agregado (IVA) para las transacciones de plataformas digitales de ventas de productos, bienes muebles y servicios, entre otros.\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-76135","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-ultimas-noticias"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/76135","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=76135"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/76135\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=76135"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=76135"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=76135"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
