font-family: helvetica;\">La norma busca reducir contingencias para los empleadores y generar mejores resultados para los trabajadores al momento de la desvinculaci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;
