justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><strong><em>Causales de exclusi\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica del Monotributo:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><strong><em>Superar el tope m\u00e1ximo de ingresos permitidos.<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>(La suma de los ingresos brutos obtenidos de las actividades incluidas, en los \u00faltimos doce meses inmediatos anteriores a la obtenci\u00f3n de cada nuevo ingreso bruto -considerando al mismo- exceda el l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo establecido)<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Movimientos bancarios o consumos no justificados.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>M\u00e1s de 3 actividades o unidades de explotaci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Falta de emisi\u00f3n de comprobantes respaldatorios.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Importaciones.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Superar superficie, energ\u00eda o alquiler m\u00e1ximo permitido.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Estar incluido en el REPSAL.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><strong><em>Otros aspectos relevantes:<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Verificar y mantener actualizado el <strong>Domicilio Fiscal Electr\u00f3nico<\/strong> (mail y celular verificados).<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>ARCA considera v\u00e1lidas las notificaciones electr\u00f3nicas, aun sin c\u00e9dula en domicilio f\u00edsico.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Se recomienda <strong>ingresar al DFE al menos una vez por semana<\/strong>.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>ARCA puede <strong>recategorizar de oficio<\/strong> si detecta inconsistencias.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Mantener informados de cambios relevantes (local, actividad, administrador, condici\u00f3n previsional, modificaciones, etc.)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Es obligatorio estar correctamente inscripto en <strong>Ingresos Brutos<\/strong>, salvo exenci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Es muy importante la <strong>emisi\u00f3n de las facturas durante todo el a\u00f1o, para poder demostrar ingresos para afrontar los consumos y costos de vida.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><em>Si utilizan la planilla de facturaci\u00f3n de<strong> \u201cMonotributo con Control\u201d del estudio, es importante que modifiquen el Monto TOPE \u00daLTIMA CATEGOR\u00cdA (Cat. \u201cK\u201d de $108.357.084,05), o la categor\u00eda m\u00e1xima que desea
