{"id":78122,"date":"2021-01-29T11:22:44","date_gmt":"2021-01-29T14:22:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iulianocooreman.com.ar\/es\/?p=75499"},"modified":"2021-01-29T11:22:44","modified_gmt":"2021-01-29T14:22:44","slug":"cheques-vuelven-multas-para-rechazados-y-30-dias-para-vencidos-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/2021\/01\/29\/cheques-vuelven-multas-para-rechazados-y-30-dias-para-vencidos-2\/","title":{"rendered":"CHEQUES: VUELVEN MULTAS PARA RECHAZADOS Y 30 D\u00cdAS PARA VENCIDOS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #3366ff;\">A partir del 01 de enero 2021, quedaron sin efecto las medidas de excepci\u00f3n dictadas para la pandemia.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">De esta manera, a partir del 1 de Enero del 2021:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Vuelven a cobrarse multas<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por rechazos en cheques f\u00edsicos y electr\u00f3nicos, rechazados desde el 1\/01. La multa ser\u00e1 del <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4% del valor del cheque<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> rechazado con un <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">m\u00ednimo $100 y m\u00e1ximo $50.000<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Queda sin efecto el re-deposito<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o segunda presentaci\u00f3n para cheques que hayan sido <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rechazados por no tener fondos<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los cheques f\u00edsicos y electr\u00f3nicos con fecha de pago <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">hasta el 31\/12\/2020 tendr\u00e1n un plazo de cobro de hasta 60 d\u00edas corridos<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> desde la fecha de pago. Sin excepciones.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos los cheques f\u00edsicos y electr\u00f3nicos con fecha de pago <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">desde el 1\/01\/2021 tendr\u00e1n un plazo de cobro de hasta 30 d\u00edas corridos<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> desde la fecha de pago.
