font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; color: #3366ff;\">El Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, prorrog\u00f3 la prohibici\u00f3n de los despidos y suspensiones hasta el pr\u00f3ximo 31 de diciembre.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esto implica que los despidos o suspensiones <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sin justa causa<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y por las causales de <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">falta o disminuci\u00f3n de trabajo y fuerza mayor<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no tendr\u00e1n efecto alguno<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y se mantendr\u00e1n vigentes las relaciones laborales existentes y sus condiciones actuales.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quedan <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exceptuadas<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> las contrataciones celebradas con posterioridad a la entrada en vigencia del <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decreto 34\/19<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -que declar\u00f3 la emergencia laboral antes de la pandemia- ni respecto del personal que preste servicios en <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la construcci\u00f3n (Ley 22.250)<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> o en el \u00e1mbito <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del Sector P\u00fablico<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
