{"id":78265,"date":"2022-10-28T14:49:01","date_gmt":"2022-10-28T17:49:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iulianocooreman.com.ar\/es\/?p=76019"},"modified":"2022-10-28T14:49:01","modified_gmt":"2022-10-28T17:49:01","slug":"sas-sociedades-anonimas-simplificadas-pueden-quedar-inactivas-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/2022\/10\/28\/sas-sociedades-anonimas-simplificadas-pueden-quedar-inactivas-2\/","title":{"rendered":"SAS: SOCIEDADES AN\u00d3NIMAS SIMPLIFICADAS PUEDEN QUEDAR INACTIVAS."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; color: #3366ff;\">En un plazo de 180 d\u00edas deben acreditar la existencia y el domicilio, o ser\u00e1n declaradas y denunciadas a la AFIP como presuntamente inactivas.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Las SAS con domicilio en CABA deber\u00e1n antes de los 180 d\u00edas:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1) Acreditar la existencia y veracidad del domicilio y sede social, mediante alguno de los siguientes instrumentos que se determinan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">2) Acreditar la solicitud de apertura de todos los libros digitales contables y societarios obligatorios;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">3) Presentar sus estados contables correspondientes a los ejercicios econ\u00f3micos finalizados durante los a\u00f1os 2020, 2021, y, de corresponder, 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Los instrumentos que acreditan domicilio son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Acta de constataci\u00f3n notarial;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Comprobante de servicios a nombre de la SAS o su representante legal;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">T\u00edtulo de propiedad o contrato de alquiler o de leasing del inmueble en donde se constituye la sede social;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Habilitaci\u00f3n o autorizaci\u00f3n municipal equivalente, cuando la actividad de la entidad solicitante se lleve a cabo en inmuebles que requieran de la misma.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En un plazo de 180 d\u00edas deben acreditar la existencia y el domicilio, o ser\u00e1n declaradas y denunciadas a la AFIP como presuntamente inactivas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-78265","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-ultimas-noticias"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/78265","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=78265"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/78265\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=78265"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=78265"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=78265"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
