Adem\u00e1s,\u00a0 no se podr\u00e1n computar en el IVA durante 9 meses, adem\u00e1s de cambiar tambi\u00e9n el r\u00e9gimen en el Impuesto a las Ganancias.<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quedan exceptuadas<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> las importaciones para consumo efectuadas por <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Micro y Peque\u00f1as<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> empresas que tengan un certificado \u201cMiPyME\u201d\u00a0 vigente al momento de la importaci\u00f3n. Es decir, rigen para Tramo I en adelante.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><b>Percepciones de IVA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023, las percepciones del IVA podr\u00e1n ser <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">computadas a partir del noveno per\u00edodo fiscal <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">posterior a la fecha del despacho de importaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><b>Percepciones de Impuesto a las Ganancias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2023, las percepciones de Ganancias tendr\u00e1n el car\u00e1cter de impuesto ingresado, para la declaraci\u00f3n jurada del per\u00edodo fiscal correspondiente, pero no se computaran en la determinaci\u00f3n de los anticipos del ejercicio siguiente.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Resoluci\u00f3n General 5339\/2023 se suspenden hasta el 31\/12\/2023 las exclusiones de percepciones a las importaciones.
