Algunas de ellas, son las siguientes:<\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Devoluci\u00f3n de Saldos a Favor de Ingresos Brutos en 96 horas para saldos a favor que no superen los $2.000.000.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Exenci\u00f3n de ABL a jubilados y pensionados<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Exenci\u00f3n o reducci\u00f3n del impuesto para profesionales no matriculados o prestadores de servicios.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Al\u00edcuota 0% para el impuesto a los sellos de determinados contratos:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Locaciones comerciales o tur\u00edsticas temporales<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Compra \u2013 Venta de vivienda familiar hasta $205.000.000<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Cesiones de fideicomisos inmobiliarios<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Reducci\u00f3n del impuesto a los sellos del 3.5% al 0.5% para inmuebles en la zona Sur de CABA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Adhesi\u00f3n al blanqueo y al RIGI<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Unificaci\u00f3n con el Monotributo de ARCA (similar a ARBA)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Moratoria para deudas administrativas y judiciales, con condonaci\u00f3n de\u00a0 intereses.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Gobierno de la Ciudad anunci\u00f3 una serie de medidas y proyectos que pondr\u00e1 en marcha, y debemos estar atentos al momento de su implementaci\u00f3n.
