{"id":78420,"date":"2025-03-12T11:32:36","date_gmt":"2025-03-12T14:32:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iulianocooreman.com.ar\/es\/?p=76631"},"modified":"2025-03-12T11:32:36","modified_gmt":"2025-03-12T14:32:36","slug":"viajeros-al-exterior-no-mas-de-ud-9-999-en-efectivo-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/2025\/03\/12\/viajeros-al-exterior-no-mas-de-ud-9-999-en-efectivo-2\/","title":{"rendered":"VIAJEROS AL EXTERIOR: NO M\u00c1S DE U$D 9.999 EN EFECTIVO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica; color: #3366ff;\">La Aduana acaba de regular el ingreso y egreso de moneda extranjera, instrumentos negociables y metales preciosos amonedados, hacia y desde el territorio argentino, poniendo como l\u00edmite m\u00e1ximo U$D 9.999,00 para no estar obligado a declararlo.\u00a0<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los montos iguales o mayores a U$D 10.000,00<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> en billetes, metales o instrumentos, deben declararse y <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1n salir de territorio argentino v\u00eda entidades financieras o cambiarias<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si se trata de moneda nacional rige la obligaci\u00f3n de hacer declaraci\u00f3n jurada ante la aduana<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> por montos iguales o mayores al equivalente a U$D 10.000,00<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">La norma abarca a pasajeros y tripulantes, y est\u00e1 en sinton\u00eda con la integraci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n para dar cumplimiento a las exigencias de las normas antilavado de la UIF y la OCDE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Los importes se computar\u00e1n por cada viajero o tripulante.
