color: #3366ff;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es muy importante cumplir con la obligaci\u00f3n y verificar que los t\u00e9cnicos en sistemas puedan asegurar <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>cumplir<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con este r\u00e9gimen <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>a partir del martes 01\/04\/2025<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Como cumplir la norma en las Facturas a Consumidores Finales:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Incluir una l\u00ednea donde se discrimine expresamente el monto del IVA, con la leyenda \u201cIVA Contenido\u201d.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Las empresas que facturen otros impuestos indirectos nacionales (por ejemplo, impuestos internos) deben incluir la leyenda\u00a0 \u201cOtros Impuestos Nacionales Indirectos\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">En ambos casos debe constar la leyenda\u00a0 \u201cR\u00e9gimen de Transparencia Fiscal al Consumidor (Ley 27.743)\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Los Responsables Inscriptos en IVA deben cumplir con esta normativa en los comprobantes que emitan a consumidores finales, monotributistas, exentos o no alcanzados:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Factura A (cuando se emite a consumidores finales)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Factura B<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Factura M<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Tiquet-Factura B<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Factura electr\u00f3nica para consumidor final<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">Controladores fiscales de nueva tecnolog\u00eda, asociados a cajas registradoras<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;
