{"id":78432,"date":"2025-04-23T10:01:26","date_gmt":"2025-04-23T13:01:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/iulianocooreman.com.ar\/es\/?p=76674"},"modified":"2025-04-23T10:01:26","modified_gmt":"2025-04-23T13:01:26","slug":"nace-el-remito-digital-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ic.tecnopc.com.ar\/index.php\/2025\/04\/23\/nace-el-remito-digital-2\/","title":{"rendered":"NACE EL REMITO DIGITAL"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica; color: #3366ff;\">ARCA autoriz\u00f3 la emisi\u00f3n y el uso de Remitos Digitales como respaldo de las mercader\u00edas que se transportan desde el 22 de abril de 2025.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La normativa permite prescindir de los Remitos F\u00edsicos, pero <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>exige que los Remitos Digitales sean generados por sistemas electr\u00f3nicos homologados<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (excluyendo los controladores fiscales).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: helvetica;\">El nuevo Remito Digital se podr\u00e1 exhibir desde un dispositivo en formato digital durante el traslado de productos y podr\u00e1 enviarse una copia electr\u00f3nica al destinatario y conservar otra en su archivo digital durante al menos dos a\u00f1os.
